	Eco Schools Award During 2010 NMR implemented new practices to earn the status of an Eco-School. In our first audit, we are proud to say that we achieved a Bronze Award. 	Active Mark Award In January 2006 Nine Mile Ride was recognised by Sport England for its excellence in the provision of sport in the school. The delivery of the curriculum, workshops, clubs and teams and the development of sport within the school were all considered. The strict criteria was met and we were presented with the top award available, Activemark Gold. Only a small number of elite primary schools across the country have received this prestigious award. November 2007 - our excellence for the provision of sport continued and we were awarded with Active Gold Mark again. In 2008 the Government withdrew the Gold Award and just issued one ActiveMark Award. There were only a handful of schools that achieved the award and we are extremely proud to say that NMR was one of the few. In 2009 the Government suspended the award and it is currently under review. Learn More.

	UniServity Learning Platform Awards In 2010 NMR achieved a Highly Commended Award for the hard work and efforts to implement and support the Learning Platform. Learn More.

	Arts Council - ArtsMark Gold Award Arts Council England has awarded an Gold Artsmark to Nine Mile Ride School in recognition of the school’s commitment to, and excellence in, arts education. Since Artsmark began 9 years ago, more than 16 per cent of schools in England have achieved the high standards of the Award. Learn More.
