What are the arrangements for handling complaints about SEND provision?
We know that all parents want the best for their child and we will always seek to resolve any concerns quickly. The school welcomes feedback so where a parent has a concern about the provision being made, they should contact the class teacher in the first instance. If this does not resolve the situation, then please contact the Inclusion Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) and/or the Head teacher (email@example.com).
